We are thrilled to introduce the latest design, Aquarius II. This bespoke 26 metre aluminium dive catamaran is the perfect vessel for operations based out to the Great Barrier Reef, Australia.

Aquarius II has exceeded all expectations, exceeding a high cruising speed at low RPM, running trim was perfect and the hull gave off a relatively low wash. It is powered by twin MTU 8V 2000 (965hp) diesel marine engines and conventional prop/shaft with a top speed of over 30 knots, with a cruising speed of 27 knots and operating speed of 25 knots cruise at 70% load, with amazing fuel burn. With a semi-displacement deep vee type hull and plumb bow design, the waterline length has been maximized and maintains the measured length of under 24 meters LOA. Not only is the vessel fuel efficient, but it also has an extended range capability for delivery voyages or extended cruising time.

Designed to cater to daily dive charters, Aquarius II is equipped with the latest technology including an inbuilt air compressor and hydraulic (two-stage) dive platform for snorkeling and scuba diving. The aft’ dive deck has four toilets including hot and cold water showers as well as wet suit lockers. Additionally, this vessel is spacious and comfortable, featuring forward walk-around sides on the upper deck with large forward and aft’ lounge decks making it one of the most popular vessels in its class.

Designed in accordance with the NSCV (AMSA) Class 1C, Aquarius II is licensed to carry 125 divers plus 5 crew in coastal waters, however, it can also be utilized as a ferry to carry over 200 passengers. With its versatile design, this vessel is also suited for overnight accommodation versions with typically six spacious guest cabins plus two crew cabins.
